I had a very disappointing experience at Dairy Queen. The drive-thru cashier, who said her name was Kaylee McLean, was extremely rude and dismissive. She was smirking and laughing during the interaction, which came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. Her overall appearance and demeanor did not reflect the level of professionalism expected from someone handling food and working in customer service. Worst wait time ever. 30 minutes in the drive-through for a malt

very bad customer service. i was not greeted coming in and the girl who took my order didn’t even say a word to me.
Restaurant is very clean and presents well. On a quiet Sunday afternoon, service was good, if a little slow. Food was fresh and delicious, with an unusual surprise - my "Backyard Bacon Ranch" burger was made so well that it looked like the menu illustration!!! Best Burger I've enjoyed in a while! Onion rings and fries both made well and were tasty. The only real negative, not a deal breaker but disappointing, is that the syrup mix on the Cherry Coca-Cola was extremely weak.
