Yesterday June 13th around 4:30 i came to Dairy Queen on Largo to order the limited edition fruity pebbles shake that they had. Once I have gotten to the shop i went thru the drive thru placed my order. I paid for my order, after I paid for some reason the system ended up crashing after I had paid, the person who was at the window( manger) not only refused to give me my order that I have paid for, he had the audacity to tell me that I had to pay again, that the transaction didn’t go through. Nice chill spot right before closing people were nice
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The people sound miserable on the speaker while in drive thru. They sound lazy and unenthusiastic and it kinda makes you not even want to give them your money. DO BETTER or go find a job you truly enjoy and are happy to be at! Just yuck.
