This place is disgusting. The management is a joke, allowing people to work while drunk. Don't clean their equipment. Just down right gross. There's a couple managers that are just rude and unprofessional who is usually drunk.
Came here for a pick-up I ordered from the mobile app though my order wasn’t ready in time. I waited a bit and went inside to get it after watching quite a few cars get their orders. Got into a car accident right after leaving here and was thoroughly disappointed when getting home and realizing that I was missing part of my order. Haven’t had DQ in years and probably won’t return for a while. The burgers and cheese curds were good though, wish they didn’t forget the chicken. Drive thru girl was kind.
Wanted some normally awesome DQ tonight.... So I drove across town to get the fix for the family. Wait in drive through line.... Pull up to order and see a crappy sign hanging on the speaker. "No ice cream, sorry the machine is broken." HHHHWWWHAT? I do a double take, "Am I at McDonald's?" I think to myself. I ask the guy on the other side of the speaker, he laughs. "No sorry we ran out.
