Frequent here alot, & today i decided to go in instead of the drive thru, the girl working the register never greeted me, just stared at me. Somebody please explain to your evening manager Ray that the customer dining area is not the place to be on the phone talking like a bully to somebody. You sir are an embarrassment to the company. If something as simple as not talking like an idiot on the phone in an aggressive manner while people are eating at your establishment you can't understand is wrong then you are not in a position to be a manager.
