I ordered the combo number eight or nine I can’t remember. Order number 28 around 2 PM on September 2. It came out amazingly fast within two minutes. Really not that amazing after you figure out that everything had been sitting around for a long time because they were room temperature or less. The cheese on the cheeseburger wasn’t even melted. Cheesecake Blizzards repeatedly have no Cheesecake in them. NONE! Lack of proper management. Owners, all these ratings of one star mean anything to you? Appears you address and fix nothing.
Holy cow. I love going to DQ so I wish I could say I love this location. However, it is almost always missing items when i order take out, coming out cold or lukewarm, and usually just overall a stressful experience. The interior looks awful, always dirty, and the back kitchen area also looks disheveled and gross. I feel so bad for those kids working there trying so hard with the little support they have. Dear whoever owns this specific store, please hire a few experienced managers. Thank you.
