I was picking up a door dash order. And they knew that I was waiting. And they waited over ten minutes to tell me that they were out of chocolate Ice cream. That is ridiculously bad service!
Went to get a cake for my sons birthday and asked for a happy birthday on it they said no one can write happy birthday. No designers...I get it things happen but just seemed no one cared at all No customer service go somewhere else
I don’t think anyone here knows how to answer a phone. I had to drive 15 mins back just to talk to someone. LEARN HOW TO ANSWER THE PHONE.
Went and ordered 5 blizzards and 2 were made wrong. We didn't notice until we got home to pass them out. One was turtle pecan they made with only graham cracker crumbs. Nothing else in it. It was disgusting. Then when you try and call the store no one ever answers. Tried to call 10 times. $40 later and we have 2 people with no ice cream. Very frustrated.
