Sooo slow. 3 people standing around with no sense of urgency whatsoever. Watched my ice cream melt for 5 minutes at the window before they would even acknowledge me.

Lost my order in their system on an online order. Did not offer a refund or to remake my food after waiting 20 minutes while I thought they were remaking it. Verified it was the right location, and that it charged my account. Everything looked right on my end. They were not remaking it, and just had me sit there waiting When another customer talked to me, the employees were annoyed that I told them what was happening with my order. Manager was no help, nor was the employee at the counter.

Floor was slippery and wet by soda station. Second time there with same problem. Men's washroom toilet cover was broken and piece of plastic covered top. Not a very clean place. Will go to different Dairy Queen because we like the sundaes.

Went thru drove thru at 10:15pm 1. Closed kitchen early so I couldnt get food. Ok whatever ill buy food elsewhere... 2. I ordered just plain ice cream and was told a medium was 16oz. Was given a sundae cup which has less than half that. Girl at the windows says thats what her manager told her was 16oz. Both of them must have failed math and science . Cost themselves a customer indefinitely as Ill just drove to Andys and local shops.
