Always take forever in drive thru
I called in to place an order for an ice cream cake for my boyfriend he doesn’t like the chocolate ice cream so I said can I do both vanilla but still have the chocolate crunch stuff in the middle. The person over the phone said yeah we can I’m like okay. Keep in mind I payed around $35 for this cake I got home cut into it it’s full vanilla. Terrible customer service. Came in my family and didn't receive part of my order. Asked about a couple of times. After forty five minutes from when we arrived still didn't get my food. Asked for a refund and was argued with and told I was wrong even though my receipt showed food I paid for and didn't receive. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Great teamwork between counter and kitchen clear communication and amazing service highly recommend coming by this Dairy Queen if you haven’t yet the staff are friendly and the food is good
