Last time i went i went when It said my food was done. It wasnt another 20 minutes waiting. I own a business as well i get it things happen but its how you handle it and make up for it. But these apps are terrible and the customer service is terrible. They should auto adjust time etc it your order truly isn't ready it wouldnt be that complicated. No one else in drive thru. Chicken strip baskets took 15 minutes. Blizzards were melted in the meantime.
Well I ordered a mint Oreo blizzard and it came out runny they didn't flip it due to that and tried to cover it with a lid. Was not vary minty or Oreo like the Niles mi location
