i used to go to the Dairy Queen in New Minas .lately their burgers and buns are dry . i heard the staff in Windsor DQ were rude to customers so i stayed away . we finally decided to try windsor DQ . the drive thru the staff was very polite and the food was perfect not cold and dry what a big difference .
Went to get my children a treat but waited almost 10 minutes without anyone making eye contact or serving us. Not even a "we will be right with you" it was very frustrating. More staff is clearly required or ones that know how to greet and treat customers.
Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. The food was delicious. The fries were so hot and fresh I almost forgot I had a burger. The young man who served me was so good at his job. Knowledgeable about the menu, patient and very friendly. I rarely go in to fast food places, but glad I did. Sun. Aug 31/2025 5:00pm
