I've had multiple issues with orders at this location. One instance I ordered a blizzard and received the wrong flavor (the texture was completely solid like it was a leftover blizzard in the freezer that was previously made and someone grabbed by mistake). Another time they forgot certain toppings for my sundae. Very over priced already so I expect things to be made correctly. Will not return to this location. Clean, nice staff and quick service
At the Harrington Dairy Queen tonight, I ordered three blizzards, two chocolate brownie extreme and one caramel apple cheesecake. Each of them only had toppings in the upper portion of the blizzard. More than half of the blizzards were vanilla ice cream. I called the store and was referred to the manager who told me the next time I order I should get them to hand blend them.
