It was a very nice experience here! Friendly staff and the blizzards me and my bf had were yummy. Only thing is that their hours online should be updated as it says midnight (we went on Tuesday night) but the employees told us they were closed when we came in at 10. They still served us with great service though!
Great service at DQ! The staff is friendly, quick, and always gets the orders right. Highly recommend!
I had a very uncomfortable experience at the DQ on Albert Street. The inside temperature was freezing, and when I asked the employees about it, they told me the heat wasn’t working and that they were feeling cold as well. It seems like the owners aren’t listening to their employees or taking their concerns seriously, which is really disappointing. Overall, the visit was unpleasant, and this issue needs to be fixed—both customers and staff deserve a comfortable environment.
Burgers were cold and the order was wrong...other then that its a clean enviroment but the staff needs english classes
Went through drivethru late at night. There was a line. The east Indian lady working was chit chatting with the another east Indian guy in front of me for awhile it looked like he got his blizzard for free for waiting so long. Im not east Indian, I didn't even get an apology.
