Bought a burger, paid $4 extra for extra cheese and extra bacon. The burger I got had no cheese and no bacon.
Went through drive through and ordered five Sundays and a cheese burger. Asked for no mustard or pickle on my burger and still they got it wrong. And this is after waiting 20 minutes for our order. Then ice cream was melted by the time we got and when I was trying to ask for the manager (which I presume was the person telling at the drive through staff in the drive through) I was told by the girl in the drive through window "no mind your own business". The staff here are the nicest staff I have ever encountered. The store is clean and the food is always so good. I have been to many Dairy Queens in Alberta and I would rank this one as the best in the whole province! Having just moved to this town, they are a pleasant surprise. I will be giving them my service 100%
