Ordered food in the drive-thru, whoever was working didn't give us a receipt until we had to ask, and when I attempted to redeem for my points (for a $30 order) was unable to because I can only assume the workers cashed in my points from my order. That's absolutely unbelievable and rude, and workers need to be reprimanded for not only asking if the customer would like Their Receipt for Their Order but also cashing in a customer's points!
