We like DQ as fast food however this specific restaurant have multiple problems: never reliable, multiple times I did mobile order for a specific time to pickup and still had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to get my order, seems they are always short on staff. Also new staff are not as nice as former ones. The second major issue is the temperature. Always too cold which ended up we decided to never have fine in there.
This is our go to place after hiking around the Mt Rose area. Our usual go to selections are the blizzard and something fried. We always get a pleasant welcome and always a friendly person taking our order. Food is served hot and fresh and the blizzard nice and frozen. Definite a great place for a frozen treat.
Very strange. There was a female in a black sweater yelling at someone in the back calling him names... I'm not sure of the issue but it was uncomfortable with people in the store
I experienced blatant racial discrimination at this drive-through. An employee, Jason & Cornelius, threw my credit card on the ground immediately upon seeing me and refused to give me the drinks I had already paid for. When I addressed the issue, the manager supported this behavior, stating he would prefer if I wasn’t there. I do not make accusations of racism lightly, but this was a clear, targeted act of bigotry.
STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Give “Isa” a raise or promote her to manager. She understands customer service. There was a small hiccup and Isa went above and beyond to cater to our needs. We need more people like this girl in the world ! Professional. Kind. And actually cared. What a concept! Thanks Isa, you rock! :) PS. If you need anything Isa or a locksmith for your car call Roger and Santiago ! God bless
