Stopped by Salem tonight for a sweet treat and the guy at the drive thru was so kind. It brought a much needed smile to my face, he even made my dog smile with a pup cup! Thank u!
Terrible customer service. I have been to this DQ many times and there is always a wait in the drive thru which is to be expected. But today, terrible customer service. I ordered a large order of onion rings and a few other items. The girl taking the order did not repeat it back to me. After waiting several minutes in the drive thru, I sent my daughter inside to pay for the order and to eat while I needed to be somewhere a few minutes away. We love their shakes and treats. The staff is very friendly. The dine -in is extremely Dirty .the floors, counters and the napkin dispenser is all sticky. Tables are often dirty. The cashier when not busy hang out in the back or on their phones.
I order online every time and still manage to wait 20 minutes
We stop here regularly because my 4 year old loves their ice cream. But the drive through line is insanely slow. I have never ordered food - usually just one or two ice cream cones. I usually wait 20+ minutes, if there is a car in front of me. I’d love if they could start asking cars with food to wait in a parking spot so those who only ordered ice cream can get through the line quicker!
