Was actually very excited about a Dairy Queen opening up in Belle River. I called and ordered an ice cream cake a couple weeks in advance of an event I’m hosting. Asked for gluten free recommendations and was told the Oreo blizzard could be done as a gluten free option- the initial call was great but they did seemed a bit rushed. Got a follow up call to confirm the order a few days before my event date & they got my name wrong, my event date wrong AND made me feel like an idiot for ordering oreo blizzard as a gluten free opt... read more
Seen some mixed reviews but this is our time coming and Mike was wonderful! Calm, collected, and kind :) Food came out in a timely manner as well! Only noticed a few tables had some mess (very little) left behind but other than that it was a pleasant experience
We came in tonight and ordered a large royal Reese’s and a mini choco dipped strawberry- both orders were wrong and they charged us for 2 larges. The people working the window were yelling about people they knew in the cars behind us and brushed it off when I said the order total was wrong. Go inside when you order!
Unfortunately this Dairy Queen needs a lot work. Basic drive thru orders are incorrect, receipts not given, sauces not provided when asked for and overall just too darn expensive. $37 for a 8 chicken strips and one blizzard- We’re Done.
