I love DQ, but this visit was a "cold" experience in more ways than one. The drive-thru staff was practically silent, and my Blizzard was poorly mixed—once I got halfway down, it was just plain vanilla soft serve. I’m hoping for a bit more friendliness and a more thorough blend next time!
Very poor customer support
I usually don’t post reviews anywhere but this should be taken into consideration Yesterday night we had to wait over 45 mins for 2 blizzards coz all the machines stopped working on crazy busy summer nights There was agurl shavani n Michael they did great job they must be appreciated I feel bad for her coz of poor management she literally cried and refunded many Owners ormanagement should put more people coz there were two trainees on the busy night n then just two girls Service and food was great but store was dirty and sho... read more
