After reading the previous reviews, it seems I had a similar interaction with the same lady. An older lady with glasses, was snotty while taking our order in drive thru. Then my dad, who’s older and can’t move that well, she held the debit machine as far away from the vehicle as possible, then slammed the window so my dad had to reach out even further. Good food, and you don't have to pay a fortune for lunch.
I gave this Dairy Queen 3 stars primarily because the Blizzards we ordered were quite good, however, the customer service experience was very disappointing. This was my first time visiting this location, and as someone who works in customer service, I usually avoid leaving negative reviews because I understand the challenges of the job.
