I am not from port Dover. But I stopped in one day and it was pretty frantic. The boy at the counter and the girl on expo were phenomenal at handling the crowd. HOWEVER there was this short grey haired woman who was just a pillow filled with tacks. She was loudly belligerent to the other staff because they were a little busy. Her voice carried across the dining room. Mean and just disgusting attitude. Kudos to the staff putting up with her. I won’t be back because of her

We had a great experience at this location! Jacob did an excellent job taking our order he was friendly, professional, and even made us smile. It’s always nice when great customer service makes the visit even better. Thanks, Jacob! We will be back.
1:35pmish Sept. 19,2025. We just went to the store and the person that greeted us at the door said it was cash only and just made it seem like it was a bother that we were there at all. She went behind the counter to take our order and said that all systems were down in southern Ontario, which was fine because we had cash. She was an older woman with glasses and short hair.
