I was at dairy queen in fairlea wv on 5/13/2014 , with my family, we asked for 3 smoothies and was charged for 4, we told the cashier a mistake was made, she got the manager and the manager asked what was wrong, we told her we were charged for too many smoothies and that one was supposed to be .99. she proceeded to scream at us that the receipt was right and that's what we ordered she then refused to correct our order, telling the cashier honey you were right. we asked for the money to be returned to the card as we paid with... read more
