Waiting 30 minutes for ONE cheeseburger? While sitting in the HOT sun running my AC Sorry. Not acceptable. Period. If you don't have enough employees, hire more. Everyone waiting in the designated waiting spots in the hot sun were ALL complaining about it. There was even one woman inconsiderately parked in the pickup lane, waiting, and blocking anyone else driving up to the window. What, were you out hunting and processing the cow? It took them 20 minutes to get me my ice cream cone and they were giving every other people their ice cream
Man these people always are forgetting the fries or rings! Like ALWAYS! Most folks around here live out of town and dislike finding out once home that our meal is ruined because yall can't take your job seriously! You're always going to fail in life if this is your work ethic!
Overall my visit to DQ was kind of frustrating. Employees took so long to complete my order, but they were very nice young people. I will definitely eat here again, despite how long my wait time may be ((:
