I went today at DQ. and Ravneet provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, polite, and served us with a smile. Our order was prepared quickly, and we had a great experience. High recommended place. Blizzard was great in taste.
How hard is it to place lids on a blizzard snack when you order throught the drive-thru so ypu don't create a mess before you get to your destination. Other DQ restaurants seem to give a damn about their customers than this restaurant. I think we will take our buisness elsewhere. Just used the mens room and noticed the ladies restroom is out of order. I sure hope they have a plumber on the way. Maybe I should call the health inspector.
I had a cheese burger and the patty has gone downhill in taste. DQ must be trying something new and 'improved'. Maybe stick with what works.
Without a doubt, one of the worst burgers I have ever been served. Raw bacon. cold patty, soggy bun. Even the fries weren't properly cooked . Very disappointing. Don't waste your money here 🤑.
Smallest chicken fingers I've ever seen. I've never felt so ripped off.
