Very rude employees, smoking outside is more important than their customers
This place has gone down hill fast,will be buying my ice-cream at the store.
Every experience I've had here has been a positive one and my orders weren't ever missing any item or of bad quality.
They gave my food to the car behind me in the drive thru then they went back out and took it from that person and gave it to me.i go to leave and realize they didn’t give me my drink i get that go back to my car then realize they didn’t put cheese on my chile cheese dog and have to go back in again it took them four tries to get a drive thru order correct.
Update July 5, 2026- food was great except no salt on fries, great customer service and no wait! Update:visited here again yesterday. Still just as slow. 3 people in line. First person ordered slushes, by the time they got them they were melted. Reviews are always answered with generic response, store is nice and clean, but workers are sssllllooooowwwww Took my mother through the drive through for a simple ice cream cone today, only a couple cars in the parking lot but we still waited forever and in 91 degree weather when th... read more
