Worst customer service. Called to ask if Brownies contains egg and told me to call them back after half an hour. Lol he could have checked it right away and answered it.
the white woman who took my order today looked miserable, like she was holding back tears. Meanwhile the rest of the employees were middle eastern and talking in their language and laughing at her while she stood there and watched. There is so much division here because of race. It is very sad to see this.
Can’t say how many times they have gotten my order wrong with either thin patties or messing it up all together. Customer service is very disrespectful, talk in their own language and laugh at others. Very race based environment. Not to mention I shouldn’t be paying how ever much money just for them to mess it up, and when I bring it to their attention I couldn’t get a refund. Think this place went down hill after the previous owners sold it. I just waited in the drive thru line up for 20 mins while the ppl in the vechile ahead of me had a chat with the worker. Worst DQ ever
