If I could give no stars I would. Paid just under $15 for 2 sundays and almost zero topping...what's the point? Extremely disappointed. If you want a sunday save your self a few bucks and go to McDonalds. Dairy Queen? More like Rip off Queen. Learn how to make a proper sunday folks.
I had a very time sensitive request, even though super short notice. They pulled through for me! Saved the day. But this is not just about today either, every time I go there, they are always super helpful and great service!
Husband had ordered a birthday cake from there, he asked to have a picture put on, the lady said ok, and even took the picture. Two days later, no picture and this is what they gave him. It’s sad. Especially when you pay a lot for these cakes. Taste and all was good but as for what he was looking for, defiantly not it and this had happened a year before. Needless to say, not a great experience to order cakes from.
We ordered a customized cake from DQ Whitecourt and it turned out amazing! The design was perfect, the taste was excellent, and everyone absolutely loved it. Great job and thank you for the wonderful service!
