Went yo dq and got 2 med turtle blizzards (over 20.00) asked for one to have extra caramel sauce ( girl said there already was caramel in it) and one to have cold fudge sauce in it as well. paid the extra. Drove home to delhi opened the lids and neither one had caramel nor fudge.... would have went back but it's 20 mins away.did not call because they were closed
If I could leave a lower rating, I would. They keep spilling barbecue sauce on my car, it is permanently stained now because they didn't address it when it happened and I found it a day later. Now I have to get my car detailed. They wouldn't connect me with any manager or any service at all. Did not take accountability. DID NOT APOLOGIZE. Why couldn't you knock on the door and let me know what happened? Why couldn't you say sorry. You don't have a vehicle nor pay for one, yet you think it's okay to damage mine.
