was extremely disappointed, went to get ice cream tonight. the girls working were very unprofessional half of my order was completely wrong and they were very unprofessional over the speak phone. I had said my order clearly but when I had arrived at window was missing half of it along with the huge wait time.
Order BBQ chicken fingers and the sauce is not BBQ . Order Ranch for dipping sauce and did not get it . Order root bear for a drink and it has no flavor. Just carbonated water. Over all worst experience ive had .

Whats going on DQ $9.05 for this... what happen to the blizzards filling them up to the top. This has happened more than it should at the napanee location. Why waste my money if im not gonna get what i paid for. Go back to ice caps from timmies or milkshakes from mcdess and save money not impressed
