Serve 5 or 6 people in a group. If 10-15 Highscool kids come in “ not during lunch time “ and there in a group of 10 to 20 of them refuse service because there’s other people who want to goto Dairy Queen and aren’t an unexpected party of 15 people! ruins the atmosphere for everybody else . Most people have common sense and understand doing that ruins it for everyone else. We left. Not waiting that long. Come on.
The slushie/Misty Freeze machine has been constantly down throughout the summer, and the app doesn't prevent the order from being placed. Kind of a big letdown. DQ has been unwilling to compensate for the time spent going out of our way to order this on multiple occasions
