From the minute we got out of our vehicle, the service was exceptional. We came up to the door with one patron in a wheelchair, and were met by an employee holding the doors open for us. She saw us coming and took initiative. The front counter staff and the young lady running out food were smiling and engaging. It actually took me back. This is how going out uses to be. Friendly, happy staff and good food. The manager/owner needs a pat on the back. We WILL be back.
It’s DQ. It’s good food quick. Employees are teenagers and don’t give a care. 20m before closing and they won’t serve us.
Worst drive thru experience ever. Waited 30 minutes just to get to window. They took my payment, and it still took over 10 minutes for my 2 blizzards to be made because the girls were laughing hysterically, and SCREAMING over and over. They were on the FLOOR, slapping the machines, counter, and window in hysterics. When I complained how my food took so long because they were fooling around, she acted like I didn't hear or see any of it and told me it was just incredibly busy. I have never seen anything so absurd.
