We came in for ice cream and there were 2 staff members yelling so loudly between each other that the staff member trying to take our order could barely hear us and she was obviously flustered. She was running everything all by herself while these other 2 were busy ignoring their work and chatting away. They also thought it was appropriate to be spraying perfume at the counter while customers are trying to order. It was very overwhelming and extremely unprofessional.
