Quality of food not so great. Unprofessional and rude staff. Not impressed.
Generally a nice little spot for some ice cream, usually little to no complaints. However, after visiting the Drive Thru today (3/18/25 at around 4:40) we ordered a Cupfection and an ice water. After we got to the window, I had to replace my order. Upon receiving the order, the cupfection was filled to the first line with ice cream (the rest was toppings) and our "water" was filled with soda water that had black flakes floating in it. Took out food hot n fresg
Gave ice cream 1st, then waited while it melted for the hot food. Would have liked to have my queso i ordered; and paid for. Didn't realize until I got home.
