I have had many good experiences here before, but unfortunately today was not one of them. I was the only car in the drive-thru and the lot was empty. While there was practically no wait for my food, the items that I ordered (pretzels and fries) were cold, and the queso was lukewarm at best. I suppose you get what you pay for, however it doesn't make it any less disappointing. The staff, many of whom are college students, are kind and friendly. If there is an issue with your order, they usually do their best to fix it.
We tired going through the drive through and they were incredible rude. Tired telling whoever was on the mic what we wanted but kept being interrupted. The girl on the mic kept saying “omg” and at one point she forgot to mute her mic and we could hear her was talking bad about us to her coworkers. We ending up just leaving the drive-through and going somewhere else.
