The quality of this Dairy Queen has plummeted since the beginning of the summer. Almost every order is wrong. The items they do manage to get right are made sub par. It’s not difficult to take a quick look at the item you’re passing to the customer and realize it’s terrible. A chocolate dipped cone missing half the chocolate? Take some pride in your job and deliver to the standards achieved by the other Dairy Queens in town. Shameful effort given by the staff. I won’t be returning.
My blizzard would have poured out if I tipped it. Definitely not the norm. Disappointed. 9 moths later ... improvement noted.
