Its so weird how you go for a strawberry sundae an Not 1 strawberry! Even the banana split they gave very little of everything an the bananas were almost rotten . I got some chicken strips an my son a burger an tasted old or over done Dry an hard an the fries were cold like sitting to long . I didnt think of taking pictures of the other food an ice creams till we left an we were all annoyed with our food an ice creams .
Went during my lunch break waited for about 10 minutes to order even though I was only one of 2 customers in the place after I ordered and payed the girl at the counter told me they were out of the shake I ordered so I asked for a refund the guy at the counter then tried to refund me in cash when I had payed with my card after asking if it could go back on my card instead he said no he doesn’t feel like it he’s already started taking the cash out horrible experience will not be going back
The staff was kind, respectful, and the ice cream birthday day cake was liked by the quests, thanks
I get dairy queen cravings and then regret it because my ice cream is never right. Go to Ladner dairy queen instead, they're a lot better.
