I swear I know the drive thru is supposed to be fast, especially when its only 3 customers Inside and 3 cars in the drive thru. I took my chance to do the walk on amd why is the walk in faster then the drive thru especially when thier isnt more the 2 cars in line? No smiles all angry workers.

They really need to do better. The last two times I’ve been there I ordered a Carmel shake. First time there was hardly any Carmel in it and what Carmel was in there amounted to about a tablespoon worth and it was all stuck to the plastic cup. This was after we waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes and no one took our order. We were yelling hello! Hello! No answer. Did a mobile order for a pick up time of 11:25am, but did not get it until 11:40am. Walked in to get the food at the pick up time and waited several minutes before any employee greeted me and there were several people waiting already. The interior was filthy, employees were not acknowledging customers and when they did it was in a rude demeanor. Our drinks and shakes were sloppy, food was warm and fries were soggy. For just opening at 11:00am it was complete chaos! Very disappointed! This was on Aug. 8th, 2026.
