Terrible customer service. Workers eating the fries. Waited 20 mins and no food. Everyone just looked gross. Felt gross the whole time. Got a refund only good thing
Bait and Switch. This location advertises on their drive through window that if they do not flip your blizzard you get a coupon for a free small blizzard on your next visit. This is at best misleading advertising but really seems to be straight up false advertising. If they don’t flip your blizzard and you call them out on it they will tell you they are not a participating location. Ordered 5 blizzards and they were all melted and when confronted about it and the lady acted like she didn’t know English. Won’t be spending any money here ever again.
