We recently visited Dairy Queen Grill & Chill in Layton before the unfortunate fire, and our experience was wonderful. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and hardworking, and the food and treats were exactly what you hope for from Dairy Queen — fresh, fast, and delicious. It was clear the employees cared about providing a great experience for their customers. We were so sorry to hear about the fire and temporary closure for repairs. Dairy queen.... What the heck is this?? Do better.
My husband and I were doorDash and lost money because the guy working was not doing anything. We waited for over 20 minutes and were ignored our customer cancelled on us because of this issue
Spent 10 minutes in the drive through waiting for a single ice cream cone. After waiting they said it would be longer te ice cream was freezing. It was 12 on a Saturday. I drove away and lost my money
Sat for 40 minutes in the drive through. 40 minutes for “fast food”! I would have left if I hadn’t already ordered online.
