Extremely disappointed in this location. I ordered a birthday cake to pick up at 5pm tonight. When we arrived at 5:04 there was a sign hanging that said “closed for the night”. We knocked on the drive up window, saw employees inside and were ignored.
Ordered a Heath Blizzard, received a Cookie dough blizzard. Didn’t realize until I had gotten back home. Really disappointed since I was excited to eat what I had asked for, personally I don’t even enjoy cookie dough in ice cream.
Walked here at 8:45 and the lobby was closed even though on Google and on the door it said the lobby closes at 10:00. I called the number and the guy basically said too bad and made us walk back home. So either they were just being lazy and didn’t want to open the lobby for anyone or they did change their hours but didn’t update their Google page or their door signs.
