I order my food on the mobile app. It told me the food was in progress and would be ready by 5:36. I kept the app open while I drove to the location. I get to the drive thru at that exact time it said it would be ready and tell them my order and they say okay and to pull to the window. While I was in the drive thru it still said in progress on the app. I get to the window and out of no where my mobile order was cancelled.
