Waiting in the checkout line For like 25 minutes. This is ridiculous. I don’t know what is going on here if they are short staffed or what but never coming back to this place.

This Dairy Queen is always hit or miss but this afternoon the drive through couldn’t figure out the difference between a plain chicken basket or a flame chicken basket after multiple attempts to clarify. Very upsetting to spend all that money on something that will just end up not being eaten.
Free ice cream day, there were six people in my vehicle...Just the ice cream for us and still got our cone orders mixed up and had to request correct ones.
