My husband and I came in to share a blizzard recently while we were in town. It was huge, very open, and the staff were pretty friendly. I'd just say if anything could improve it would be cleanliness - a lot of the tables were quite dirty, and also it wasn't clear where the garbage was for the store.
This Dairy Queen is in a location that sometimes you’ll find yourself approached by the locals requesting food and other items. We entered from the back of the mall where the sign was as this was our first time coming here. It seems accessible from other entrances as well and perhaps if you entered from the front or the shoppers it might be less likely to yield these results. The Dairy Queen is HUGE. food is amazing and has an exceptional price. staff is nice seats were clean floors had some dirt and has many other stors next to it.
