I’m just here to agree with the comments about the cleanliness of this place or lack thereof. It was disgusting. We stopped here on our way back to Wichita from the lake up north. The young girl that took our order was just fine but then she sent the older lady over to help with the register. I understand not everyone can help physical appearance but the fact that her shirt was dirty, she looked unkempt, and her fingernails were dirty was awful. Absolutely ridiculous a kids cup of vanilla with sprinkles and a vanilla cone couldn't be made in 30mins of waiting then took yet another 15mins to get my money back Meanwhile the "manager" was on her cell phone talking while the two girls up front did nothing Dont waste your time, will never be back and will inform anyone that will listen avoid
Stopped by 6/8/25 around 8:30pm and it was dirty and slow service. This place needs a health inspection. It was so gross. We were told no hot food with 6 people working. Even with 6 people it took a very long time to make simple ice cream cones. When we were told no hot food two boys were pretending to fight in the back area clearly not working. 8 out of 10 times I've bought anything here they have gotten the order wrong. Even when I predict the error they make and tell them not to do it THEY WILL ALWAYS MAKE IT WRONG! Not only that but you will not know they made it wrong until after you pay and they hand you the receipt. If you're like me you might assume they know what they're doing so you wait for your order.
