Grayson, Lindsay, Erica and the entire staff at the Amherst Dairy Queen do a wonderful job. We mobile order 2-3 times a week, always at the busiest times, close to closing. I apologize for that. The staff there handles the crowds, unruly Door Dashers and little league baseball teams running amok with poise unexpected from teenagers and young adults. Nice job!
I ordered delivery in which I paid a delivery fee. One of the items weren't in the order. I called and they said I can come pick it up or get a credit. I ask if they could just refund the price for that item and was told no. Well I paid a fee and shouldn't be told I can come get it. That was rude. I will not be returning to this location. Rude people need to find a job that don't require interaction with customers.
The DQ Sparkler is nasty, tastes like tonic water, tasted the pineapple a little, did not taste the lemonade at all
