I dunno what was going on tonight but the service wasn't it. We were in the drive thru around 4:45, had to wait to order, had to wait to pay, had to wait out front for our food, and then had to wait for our drinks. One of our drinks wasn't full and the lid wasn't on. Our burgers were both wrong but didn't notice until we got home. (One was supposed to be a triple but was a double and the other was supposed to be a cheese burger but was a ranch burger) Pretty disappointing
We visit weekly and usually enjoy the food, but the Backyard Bacon Ranch burger disappointed-stale, rock-hard onion rings, an undersized bun which makes it messy to eat, and they consistently forget the BBQ sauce on it. Otherwise, we'll be back! We'll just request sauce and freshly fried onion rings.
