food is pretty standard most times i go there, staff ESPECIALLY in the drive thru are extremely rude
It's going downhill. The staff are trying, it's not their fault. I feel for them. Watch your receipts very carefully, the deals on the app don't scan properly and you'll get charged full price. I caught this and was given money back, but not the tax I paid on it. They kept all the tax. That's not how refunds work.
The Staff there is not good and they fill the cups with too much ice cream, and it leaked everywhere. one of the employees had no idea what they were doing
