I normally use drive up window and order a medium cone. The last two visits were very poor and rude service with absolutely no apologies. Problem it seems the employees get distracted and have an already cone on the counter melting while waiting for delivery. The last time the cone was sitting and totally melting while 2 people decided to go to the cash register instead of one serving the window. Every food order comes out hot. It's so good every time. Every time. The workers are nice. I don't know, maybe a few years back it wasn't as good, but whatever they're doing now is great!
Facility is very clean, no dead fly's laying around, food is good, you can tell they change their oil fryer often, personal very friendly.
Fire this manager. Dang can't even spell my son's name correctly on his birthday cake 1st off. VERY CHITTY attitude when confronted about it should have just walked out and left the cake. Then as I was waiting I had ordered a strawberry shake and a blizzard, I don't know what they did but this was CHIT and my grandson couldn't even eat it. So I tasted it OMG what chit and also stay off your cell phone when you have people waiting for orders. Not the fault of this dq but ill never be getting food from dq again, the new burger patties are awful in texture and size. Its like jerky. Also its not clear that they changed the patties size to half of what it was and kept the price the same.
