Not the fault of this dq but ill never be getting food from dq again, the new burger patties are awful in texture and size. Its like jerky. Also its not clear that they changed the patties size to half of what it was and kept the price the same.

I don’t even know where to start because I don’t ever do reviews but this time was a MUST but let’s start off with the fact that me & my wife were getting off our vehicle to get some dinner and we see a school bus with 15+ students get off. As we go in we see 1 employee in the front & 1 employee in the kitchen “Thinking to myself how are they going to do it being short staffed it’s impossible to finish at timely manner “? I cannot directly fault the employees for being chronically understaffed, but this is consistently the slowest Dairy Queen location I’ve ever visited. I would also observe that after nearly 10 visits, I’ve gotten my order correct less than half the time. I would highly advise just to keep driving to a different location due to the long wait, inconsistency of orders, and the laconic and depressed attitude of the staff.

This place absolutely sucks. They will forget to put the sauce in the bag. Do you love stale cold French fries and an crappy attitude? Well this is the place for you. Got a chicken strip basket cold as soon as it was handed to me also had to wait an extra 10 minutes for toast and they couldn’t even bother to cut it.
