Terrible! Got mobile order wrong and refused to admit it even though we had a receipt on phone to prove what we order. Very rude!
This is getting to be a practice at the Dairy Queen of giving substandard service I have had this happen enough times, and my husband agrees with me on this, that even with proof of our purchase we are denied getting the order.we paid for. This proof an itemized receipt 🧾 showing purchase and still having to wait for the item I question. Another example is ordering a medium sundae and receiving a small sundae at a medium price.
