Had a problem with ordering from the app so we asked the manager to cancel our order while we ordered from the store. They went above and beyond to help us.

**** UPDATED REVIEW ****** Against our better judgment we decided to pop in and grab an ice cream cake today 10-5-25 assuming that they possibly couldn’t mess that up. Turns out yes they can. Bought a chocolate brownie ice cream cake. Turns out it was just a plain ice cream cake. At least the birthday girl didn’t care that much…she’s bummed out but there is always next year. I wouldn’t come to this Dairy Queen if you expect your order to be right. It’s wild how many times I’ve came here and not had my food right.
