They always remember me and greet me by name. I’ve never really had a problem with food or service but I feel confident that they would make it right, if I ever did have any issues.
My husband & I stopped by the drive-thru to get a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard & an Oreo Chocolate Blizzard..They were delicious..... Until halfway through. The flavors began to diminish. At least the bottom 1/3+ was pure vanilla in both Blizzards. They were not mixed completely as they should have been. This has happened several times. We don't go for half vanilla blizzards ....
