Found hair in my burger! Was already home so couldn't take back!
I stopped going here years ago because an ice cream shop Should Have Ice Cream. For weeks they never had chocolate ice cream. I tried again about a year ago. Unfortunately, this past weekend, same problem...but worse! Mobile ordered. Noone answered at drive thru (multiple vehicles) NOR at window. After minutes if no service, I literally had to rap on drive thru window just to get service. I also had a clear view of front counter, which was empty (no customers). Went to DQ after winning our football tournament today and Kristen & the staff at DQ were amazing. They made it a blast for the kids and were so patient with our large crew. Thank you for making our win extra sweet.
The WORST Hamburger I have eaten in years, and the French Fries tasted like they made 3hrs before I bought them. I went there at 6:00 during dinner hour and it tasted stale. I did purchase Ice Cream and it was VERY GOOD, go there for ice cream not FOOD!
Ordered the new Reese’s Carmel blizzard and it was runny with huge chunks of Reese’s pieces and Carmel in it. So disgusting I threw it out. I wish I had checked it out before leaving but didn’t notice till I got home. This is the second time the blizzard was horrible. The first time they got my order wrong. I’m done with Dairy Queen.
Show up there daughter would like banana split. No bananas. Then I wanted a box of buster bars and they have none. Then asked again for another box of deli bars. None I came here to get ice cream and they have nothing for me. No bananas nor anything completely ridiculous just like Taco Bell. this is gonna be swept under the carpet. Nobody’s gonna hear about it. Nobody’s gonna do anything about it Just completely reminding them of your servicing to community and you don’t have service very disappointed.
