Brian is awful. Might wanna focus on somebody who has customer service skills and can follow a dress code. I would expect better from a grown man working in fast food, but what do I know?
THE BEST!!!! This location was my first job. I took my son here to show him how good the food was. Did not disappoint after so many years. The food is still as delicious as I remember. The ice cream, of course, is always amazing! The staff is friendly and the place is clean! Thank you for always providing excellence!!!
The Wife and I stumbled on this place in their Belvidere location. I had no idea DQ had food. I got their chicken strips, The Wife got their cheese curds, and we both loved what we got. We looked for a location nearer to us, and found one in St Charles, IL. We have started frequenting that one. Try everything. They use a horrible Artificial Intelligence drive thru (I’m not anti-AI but it was super slow and had did a terrible job). The fries were either made with old oil or stale or both. The burgers tasted cheaper than McDonald’s. I grew up around here and this Grill and Chill used to be awesome. So sad to see greed take away another thing I used to love.
