Great ice cream but service was poor at drive thru.
I ordered a sundae expecting the usual dessert ice cream with toppings like syrup or whipped cream. Instead, I was given plain ice cream in a cup and told that adding syrup would cost extra. By definition, a sundae includes toppings, and with their photo of a sundae showing that it clearly comes with syrup I felt misled. The two lady’s at the window argued that I should have specified I wanted syrup instead of admitting they were wrong.
