Rotten bananas in my banana split the last few times. Always a long wait even when there is nobody else there.
Me and my family stopped at the Dundee Dairy Queen the service was absolutely AMAZING the staff was so very kind and friendly got my food fast it was very fresh the food was delicious I've been to many Dairy Queens this is the cleanest store I've ever seen I'm highly satisfied me and my family will be definitely be coming back thank you so very much for the AMAZING experience 💗
Service is horrible. The furthest thing from “fast food”. If I wanted to wait a hour for a below average meal I’d go to Applebees.
The man at the window with the feminine voice seemed to be having a hard time functioning
Everything was above and beyond! I have not had such great customer service in a long time. My daughter wanted a banana with her kids meal. Rather than saying we are sorry we do not have anymore a employee went next door and got her a banana and brought it to our table! 5 star customer service!
