Manager looked like he had literally just rolled out of bed and wearing what he feel asleep in. It smells horrible, and is always easy too warm inside. The cashier couldn't handle the most basic functions but didn't appear to be "in training" with someone helping her learn. Food has always been bad and the frozen items are rarely at a reasonable temperature.
Saw a commercial for the royal blizzards with gold spoons & thought they sounded good. Went to the White Center DQ. & ordered the one with fudge & the one with marshmallow. What we got wasn't even close. & NO GOLD SPOONS. 🙁 I m done with this DQ!!
Pulled up to the window to pay, witnessed employees arguing for a good 5 minutes before the the girl at the window finally acknowledged me and took my payment. Got my sundae first, it melted while I waited on my burger 15 min wait. Also ordered two oreo cookies blizzards and I was given one peanut butter blizzard (I'M ALLERGIC TO NUTS!). Super slow. Been No chocolate ice cream.... Seems that is common. It too so long I got out of my car looked in the window and the sink was super dirty and it didn't look like it gets used by employees... That is gross!
I can't believe took an hour bus ride and a 20 minute walk being disabled this really sucked!! you're not open!! What the heck?? Post your dang gone hours on your website. That would be great. Sad in Seattle
