If I could give less than 1 star, I would. While I loved the food, the service was so terribly slow. Plus, several times recently the soft serve vanilla was down. Seriously? No ice cream at the DQ? They just closed for business for good yesterday...while I'm sad I won't be able to grab a blizzard locally, it beats waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru for a melted one.
google made me give at least one star.
Soo so sad... the building ,personnel & food quality they have had more than enough time over the years to fix this place up & properly trained staff that care about their job and actually have a desire to serve customers I say that because I've gone there over the past few years and nothing has changed their employees stand there and look completely dumbfounded.. I would say the service is slow, but I wouldn't want to give anyone the impression that they are that fast. The last few times I have ordered a Blizzard, it's been half melted. On one occasion one of the employees stood in front of my car (while I was in the drive thru) while having a conversation with someone standing at the side entrance. She didn't move until I honked my horn and she gave me a very nasty look for doing so. I guess it was rude of me to want to move so the person behind me could get their food.
There isn't much more to say that hasn't already been said in other reviews. But I will say the same things: 1) The wait times are waaaayyyy too long. There is no reason for this. It took 20 minutes for 3 cars ahead of me to order and then when I pulled up to the window I sat there for 10 minutes before they had me pull forward. It wasn't like I had a hard order, it was a 6 piece chicken tender and fry basket. That takes 10 minutes in the fryer even if they had run out.
